VP ecommerce at Acapture, has 20 years’ go-to-market experience in product development, management and launch. John is a graduate of Business Administration and Political Science from Leiden University, Erasmus University, and of Political Philosophy at the University of Barcelona. He received his Master’s degree at Leiden University and has worked in the Internet and ecommerce industry since 1994. Prior joining Acapture, John was responsible for Global Marketing and Alternative Payments at GlobalCollect. Earlier in his career he successfully designed and marketed various knowledge base online tools, business benchmarking and e-learning products for companies and trade associations. He was also a consultant for the Dutch government on ecommerce strategy.

Prior to allpago, Philipp was responsible Brazilian subsidiary of arvato services (Bertelsmann AG) in São Paulo and also worked for Infineon Technologies (Munich and Paris), The World Bank Group (Paris), Arthur D. Little (Madrid), eVentures (Hamburg) and Schroder Salomon Smith Barney (London). Philipp studied at the Technical University of Berlin, ESCP Europe and at the INSEAD and holds Master of Science in Finance, a German Diplom Kaufmann and a French Diplôme de Grande École.

In the last 6 years his work has been in the payment industry. Jackie Barwell, Head of International Products, ReDTony Solomon, is Vice President – Head of Risk at Payvision, ensuring that the company grows in a safe and secure manner. As Head of Risk, Tony manages all risk, underwriting, fraud and compliance matters as well as liaising with the card schemes. He manages a team of 19 dedicated professionals across three continents giving Payvision total global coverage in terms of risk management within a fast-growing and challenging payments industry. Prior to joining Payvision in 2014, Tony worked at Visa Europe in various capacities, most recently as Head of Member Risk Services. He has held senior positions in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and North America.

Tony holds the highest qualifications in both banking and the payment cards industry from the Institute of Financial Services and Robinson College, University of Cambridge.
